A Caravan Repair Technician at Wagga Caravan Centre supports the Service Department by completing high-quality repairs, servicing, and maintenance of caravans and campers. The role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures. The Technician plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, safety, and the overall reputation of the business.

Key responsibilities
- Have skills in being able to diagnose faults whether it be structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and or gas faults
- Be able to follow instructions and complete repair work as allocated
- Be able to repair or replace chassis components, suspension systems, brakes, couplings, and undercarriage components
- Conduct water ingress inspections and complete rectification works
- Be able to perform cabinetry, wall, flooring, and roof repairs as required
- Install and service appliances including fridges, hot water systems, air conditioners, solar systems, and battery systems
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulations
- Complete pre-delivery inspections and final quality checks
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Work cooperatively with Service Department staff to ensure efficient workflow

- Have the ability to diagnose and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn how to repair caravan construction and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
